Kevin Holt succeeds James McCann as CEO at Ahold USA. Holt was CEO of Delhaize America, and will remain part of Ahold Delhaize’s management board.
Hershey CEO J.P. Bilbrey is preparing to step down. The chocolate maker’s board has formed a committee to find his successor.
Marc Lore was named CEO of e-commerce at Walmart. Lore transitioned into the role following the acquisition of his Jet.com business for $3.3 billion.
GS1 appoints Bill Strawderman Vice President Marketing. Bill was with Siemens and AT&T.
Vince Gruber was appointed President-Western Europe of Mondelēz. Gruber began his career with Kraft prior to joining Red Bull Worldwide in 2000.
Paul Navarre was named Nestle Skin Health Chief Executive Officer. Navarre most recently was President of Allergan International and began his career at P&G.
Sanofi recruited Alan Main from Bayer to lead its newly created Consumer Health Global Business unit. Alan will report to CEO Olivier Brandicourt.
Sheila Mulholland joins GS1 as VP External Services. She was with Symphony EYC, Bayer, IRI and Mars.
Former Chief Executive of Karen Millen, Mike Shearwood, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Clarks.
Claudia Poccia was tapped by Shiseido to serve as CMO of Bare Escentuals in the US. Poccia was previously President and CEO of Gurwitch Products, and held leadership roles with Avon and Estée Lauder.
Daniel R. Chard has been appointed CEO and a member of Medifast’s Board of Directors. Most recently, he served as President & COO of PartyLite.
Kering announced the appointment of Claus-Dietrich Lahrs as CEO of Bottega Veneta. He replaces Carlo Alberto Beretta. Lahrs was previously CEO of Hugo Boss.
